What people say about E-Qual:

Since joining Equal, I have worked with a dedicated and motivated team that makes you feel appreciated for the work you do. Equal work very hard in building relationships with schools and believe passionately about offering the best possible service. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first term and would recommend qualified teachers to join Equal’s team.

Gair bach o ddiolch i’r holl tîm am eich cydweithrediad a ymdrech yn ystod y pedair mis diwethaf. Fe wnes i mwynhau pob dydd ac yn gwerthfawrogi pob cyfle i chi rhoi i mi. Ennillais profiad gwerthfawr a phleserus yn ystod y misoedd. Unwaith eto, diolch yn fawr i chi am yr holl gyfleoedd.

Definitely the best company to work for. I have had the pleasure to work with Equal for over 3 years. Although registered with 3 other companies I have always found Equal pay better, are more reliable and are more supportive. I cannot recommend the company enough. The bonus of training courses, friendly staff and the flexibility makes it my favourite company to work with.

Not only are the placements found for me interesting and varied, but the efficient, courteous and cheerful manner in which they are discussed makes it a pleasure to deal with Equal. I heartily recommend this well organised, professional and enthusiastic organisation to both teachers and schools.
