Director of E-Qual on BBC Radio Wales

Last Thursday morning, Carolyn Rahman, Managing Director of E-Qual, was live on BBC Radio Wales speaking about the recently published report on the Inquiry into Supply Teaching carried out by the National Assembly for Wales’ Children, Young People and Education Committee.

Carolyn spoke with colleagues in the education profession about the importance of ensuring quality mentorship, creating professional development opportunities, and providing effective support for Newly-Qualified Teachers (NQTs), which we pride ourselves on at E-Qual. Carolyn emphasised the key roles played by both supply teaching agencies and the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in supporting these endeavours for NQT supply teaching team members in particular.
