Gaining admission to the competitive programme involved a thorough and extensive application and interview process. Over the next 4 months, along with other business leaders, Carolyn will take part in residential sessions at Leeds University’s Business School and the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, as well as complete a series of assignments designed to support the growth of the company.

About her admission to the programme, Carolyn says: “I’m really excited to be a part of the GS 10K programme and I’m hoping that by focusing on growth, development, leadership and management, we’ll be better equipped to take E-Qual to the next level. I’m also really excited to meet with other entrepreneurs and business owners to learn from their experiences and perspectives!”
